Use AloeThere lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, scrape, abuse, overload, or interfere with the site, checkout, support tools, uploads, accounts, or admin systems.

Product availability, pricing, promotions, and descriptions may change. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, provide a replacement option, or issue a refund.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for information submitted through your account. Contact support if you notice unauthorized activity.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Orders are not ready for fulfillment until payment is authorized or captured.

Stripe and other payment providers may evaluate fraud risk based on the card, payment method, account, device, customer details, transaction behavior, or other signals. If a payment is declined, blocked, flagged as high risk, or later appears risky, AloeThere may hold fulfillment, cancel the order, refund or return the payment, request additional verification, or refuse the transaction.

When you upload photos or send support messages, you give AloeThere permission to use that material to review and resolve your request. Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or unrelated content.

AloeThere is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from site use, carrier delays, weather, plant care choices after delivery, or events outside our reasonable control.
